A racing mind that reacts to little things is a mind that have lost its spiritual strength. Meditation restores the concentration power to the mind. By choosing what I think about and focusing my attention on these thoughts, I begin to reclaim the power of concentration. This power allows me to wait before responding, freeing me from energy-draining reactions. Today let me strengthen the muscle of my mind by practicing concentration.
