Happiness is a daily decision. There are many thoughts I can allow into my mind in a day. Some of these thoughts are recurring old patterns, some are positive, many are fearful or negative. To choose happy thoughts over negative or sad thoughts is to dance with happiness in the mind. Today let me be rigorous in choosing happy thoughts over negative thoughts and perform the dance of happiness in my mind.
