Empowerment is the ability to choose. In order to choose I must be able to discern between what is true and what is false, what is right for me and what is not, what will bring lasting benefit or short term relief. When I use my intellect to discern what is best for me and choose to act upon it I become truly empowered. Today let me be empowered.
