To end all negative and stressful thoughts I must exercise in the gymnasium of my consciousness. When I battle against these thoughts they get stronger. If I try to suppress them they spring back with greater frequency when I least expect it. When I observe these thought I ‘pull away’ from them which denies them the energy to live! Without the life energy of my attention they fade and dissolve. And as they die it is not me that dies, but I become more always of ME, the self-aware self, the still and silent being who is always present. Today let me exercise the right muscle to end negativity.
