We all have innate wisdom within us, it is called intuition. It is always whispering to me, trying to guide me, but I may not hear its voice. When I am too busy thinking, the noise of a busy mind prevents me from hearing the wisdom of my heart. When I relax my mind I can hear my intuitive good sense and use it to guide my decision making and my response to others. Today let me practice meditation, contemplation or quite reflection and listen to my own intuition.
