Breathe deeply. In today’s world it is possible to move so quickly from activity to activity that I do not stop to breathe. the body needs deep breath to sustain the internal organs. In the same way when I stop for a moment of silence, it is like taking deep breath for the soul. Many people are experiencing a form of spiritual asphyxiation as they do not have the breath of silence in their lives. Today let me breathe deeply, both physically and spiritually.
