Being comes before doing. If I spend most of my life running after things, doing things, then I forget that being comes before doing. When I remember this secret I can make an effort to “be” and discover that when I stop and observe, life helps and brings whatever is needed. Learning to be is learning to be at peace, my most fundamental nature. Today let me enjoy being.
