Real giving is through the spirit. When I think that the only way to help others is to be physically active in acts of charity I feel limited by my own lack of physical energy and wealth. However when I understand that the vibrations of my own peaceful, loving energy can offer much to souls in need, I am free to give in an unlimited way.
