When I get strength my weaknesses go away. When I get power my old habits can change. When I get energy then I am able to supply it to others just like a solar plant. To get strength and energy I must turn my attention away from external distractions and concentrate it inwards. This rejuvenates me by giving me a powerhouse of concentrated energy to apply where needed. Today let me concentrate my own energy to create strength and power.
