An honest heart is an open heart. If I am dishonest in any way with myself or with others, it means I am hiding. There is a wall, a barrier behind which I conceal something of myself. Subtle tension will be my companion, and although I can learn to live with it, it drains my energy and tightens my muscles. Today let me be honest with myself and experience inner relaxation.
